• Patient Care: Provide direct assistance to patients with activities of daily living (ADL), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Assist patients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. • Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure. Report any abnormalities or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. • Medication Administration: Assist patients with medication management, ensuring timely and accurate administration according to prescribed dosages and schedules. Document medication intake and report any adverse reactions or concerns. • Assistance with Meals: Assist patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as necessary. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for clients, following established guidelines for sanitation and hygiene practices. • Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations, including responding to medical emergencies, initiating basic life support measures, and alerting the appropriate authorities or emergency services as needed. • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills in client care, infection control, and other relevant areas.
