Registration Process

The whole registration process takes approx one hour to complete . This mainly consists of Health & Safety Inductions.

The Process:

  • Completion of application form. (cv and references included as appropriate)
  • Skill Testing (as applicable)
  • Interview by qualified consultant
  • Health & Safety Induction - Interactive CD ROM (certificated)
  • Assessment Report

Recruitment & Selection of Temporary Workers

To ensure that only the appropriately skilled personnel are assigned to each specific requirement, the following recruitment and selection practices are adhered to:

In Depth Interview
We establish areas of skills, expertise, personal qualities, employment requirements and personal circumstances. Qualifications and date of birth validated and in the case of drivers licences checked and driver’s registration forms duly signed.

Testing
Where applicable to gain accurate measure of skills (CD ROM)

Reference Checks
A minimum of two references are sought from previous employers

Assignment Details
Precise details are taken in terms of the actual assignment, skills and experience required.

Site Visits
To gain full understanding of the clients needs.

Forward Planning
Identify possible training needs

Pre Assignment Briefing
All temporary workers receive a full detailed briefing of the job specification to ensure that they are happy to undertake all aspects of that job.

Personal Protective Equipment
All our operatives are supplied with the relevant PPE required for their specific job.
